1. Overview

FlowPrecheck ("we", "our", or "us") provides static analysis, pre-flight scanning, and quality assurance tools for n8n workflows. We prioritize developer privacy and data security.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and workspace profile details upon registration.
  • Workflow Analysis Data: Temporary n8n JSON workflow structures uploaded for static analysis.
  • Integration Tokens: Encrypted OAuth tokens and keys for n8n instances or GitHub App integrations.
  • Technical Logs: Essential server error logs and anonymized API request logs.

3. Workflow Data Handling & Zero-Retention

Workflow JSON files uploaded to FlowPrecheck are sanitized in-memory during static analysis. FlowPrecheck does not store, retain, or train machine learning models on your raw workflow definitions or embedded data payload structures.

4. Secrets & Credentials

Secrets detected during static scans (e.g., inline API key strings) trigger warning findings in the analysis report. Credentials configured for integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256 HKDF encryption algorithms.

5. Subprocessors, Telemetry & Cookies

We utilize trusted cloud infrastructure and monitoring services:

  • Supabase Cloud: Authentication and encrypted relational database hosting.
  • First-Party PostgreSQL Telemetry: Product analytics logged internally without third-party trackers.
  • Sentry (Third-Party Error Monitoring): Privacy-safe exception logging (Session Replay disabled, default PII disabled, automatic payload scrubber active).
  • Paddle & Razorpay: Secure payment processing in Sandbox/Test environments.
  • GitHub API: Automated Pull Request check run integrations.

No non-essential marketing or tracking cookies are used by the current implementation. Cookie and consent requirements remain subject to the actual technologies deployed and applicable jurisdiction.

6. User Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account and workspace credentials at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support.
